Our trustees ensure that The Rainbow Foundation has a clear strategy and that our work and goals are in line with our vision. They safeguard our assets and ensure that we work efficiently, effectively and that the charity is running sustainably.
As a registered charity, the Rainbow Foundation is governed by a Board made up of a number of trustees. All of our trustees are volunteers and do not receive payment for their services or support.
The full Board of Trustees meets four times each year to review policy, potential service developments, finances and income generation, however our trustees also meet at regular sub-committee meetings.
The day-to-day running of the Rainbow Foundation is delivered by our management team, led by the Chief Officer.
The Rainbow Foundation is a charity registered with the Charity Commission. Charity number 1100479.
The Charity is regulated by the Charity Commission and by the Care Inspectorate Wales.
