The Rainbow Foundation – previously known as the Rainbow Centre – is regulated and inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), ensuring that the service we provide is of the highest quality.
At The Rainbow Foundation we understand the importance of social interaction. That is why our Rainbow Home Care & Support service not only provides the support you need at home, but it also enables our clients to get out and engage with their local communities and / or explore interests and hobbies.
It could be a little light cleaning, some support with getting your weekly shopping or even someone to drive you to any appointments you would otherwise find difficult to get to.
This is a flexible service that can be booked as regular support or as an individual activity you need a little extra help with.
That is exactly what we are here to do: help.
