Meeting Thursday each week from 6:15pm – 7:15pm at the Rainbow Centre in Penley, our Pilates class allows participants to strengthen their mind and body.

£6 per class.

The benefits of practicing Pilates include:

There is no need to book, just turn up with a drink to join the group. 

There will be mats available to use for anyone who does not have one.
